How much does it cost to join?

Nothing upfront. There is no joining fee, no setup cost, and no monthly subscription. You only pay a commission on orders fulfilled through the platform.

What is the commission rate?

Our standard commission is 15% per order. This includes payment processing, delivery logistics, customer support, and platform maintenance. Merchants with their own delivery fleet receive a discounted rate.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed weekly via M-Pesa or bank transfer. You can track your earnings in real time on the merchant dashboard.

Do I need a physical store?

No. Cloud kitchens, home bakeries and virtual brands are welcome. You just need a food-safe preparation area and the relevant permits.

What documents do I need?

A valid business registration, a KRA PIN, and any category-specific licences (food hygiene certificate for restaurants, pharmacy board licence for pharmacies, liquor licence for alcohol sellers).

How long does onboarding take?

Most merchants go live within 48 hours of submitting their application and documents. Complex cases (pharmacy, alcohol) may take up to 5 business days for licence verification.
