Do I need a physical restaurant?
No. Cloud kitchens are delivery-only. You can operate from a shared kitchen, a home kitchen (with the right permits), or any licensed food-preparation space.
Can I run multiple brands from one kitchen?
Yes. Many operators run 2 to 4 brands from a single location. Each brand gets its own menu, branding and customer reviews on the Doodle app.
What permits do I need?
You need a valid business registration, a KRA PIN, and a food hygiene certificate from your county government. If you operate from a shared facility, the facility often covers the hygiene certificate.
How does pricing work?
The same 15% commission as regular restaurants. No extra cloud kitchen fees. If you use a partner shared kitchen, the space rental is between you and the facility.
