Manage on-the-ground operations including rider fleet management, merchant onboarding and customer escalations across Kilifi and surrounding areas.
What you will do
- Oversee daily rider operations across Kilifi County
- Manage merchant onboarding, activation and support
- Monitor delivery performance metrics and resolve escalations
- Recruit, train and support new delivery riders
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on operational improvements
What we are looking for
- 3+ years experience in operations, logistics or fleet management
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with data analysis and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
Nice to have
- Experience in food delivery or ride-hailing operations
- Knowledge of Kilifi County and coastal towns
- Experience managing teams of 50+ people
